Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) are dissolved in sterile Water for Injection (WFI) along with suitable stabilizers and buffers to form the base solution. The formulation undergoes sterile filtration using 0.22-micron filters to remove particulates and microorganisms, ensuring clarity and sterility.

Each vial is thoroughly washed internally and externally with purified water and WFI to eliminate contaminants. Post-cleaning, they undergo depyrogenation through a sterilizing tunnel to achieve a contamination-free state, ensuring they’re ready for aseptic filling.

The sterile solution is filled into vials using high-precision volumetric rotary piston pumps within ISO Class 5 laminar airflow zones. Nitrogen purging may be applied for oxygen-sensitive formulations to maintain product stability and shelf life.

Depending on the requirement, vials are sealed with droppers, aluminum caps, or plastic screw caps. The entire operation is fully automated, ensuring tight, tamper-proof, and contamination-free closures.

Every filled vial undergoes both manual and automated inspection. Advanced vision systems detect particulate matter, fill-level deviations, and sealing defects, while sterility and endotoxin tests verify microbiological safety.

Approved vials are labeled with product details, batch numbers, and expiry dates per regulatory norms. Secondary packaging ensures safe handling and protection during transport, preserving the product’s integrity.

Eye drop vials are stored in temperature-controlled environments, typically between 2–8°C, until dispatch. Our validated cold-chain logistics maintain consistent environmental conditions throughout the distribution process.
