Liquid Injectables
For a variety of therapeutic formulations, our state-of-the-art liquid injectable facilities guarantee accurate filling, sterile operations, and contamination-free results. We can consistently produce at a large scale with our high-speed automated lines and advanced monitoring systems. These injectables are produced to fulfill the needs of both established and developing markets, ensuring reliable access worldwide. Our automated Vial Filling & Stoppering Line handles vial sizes from 2R to 50R, with a speed of 400 vials/min (2R vials).
Ampoules
The completely automated ampoule filling and sealing lines from Theon Lifesciences are designed to be as efficient as possible with the least amount of human involvement. With ±1% fill volume accuracy, real-time SCADA monitoring, and smooth transfer systems, our ampoule solutions deliver reliability at scale. Our ampoules offer accuracy and sterility for critical care drugs and are made to meet strict international regulatory standards. We have a capacity of 400 ampoules/min (2 ml) with full traceability and compliance for global distribution.
Lyophilized Injectables
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) formulation allows injectables to extend drug stability, potency, and shelf life, and is advantageous for biologics, peptides, and sensitive drug formulations. Theon utilizes a unique lyophilization process and defines “stability” and “shelf life” in different terms to produce stable, long-term solutions that maintain therapeutic efficacy even when exposed to extreme weather. Ultimately, our lyophilized injectables are designed for global access, meeting varying healthcare requirements across the globe.
Ophthalmic Drops
Theon Ophthalmics drop production adheres to sterility, safety, and accurate dosing. Our automated lines can easily handle droppers, alu-caps, or screw caps, with both online inspection and rejection system features to assure quality. Our ophthalmics produced in oRABS or extended LAF meet international safety standards, providing formulations for vision care around the world. Our eye drop filling line accuracy: ±1% for 2, 5, and 10 ml and produce output: Up to 6000 vials/hour.
Pre-filled Syringes
Our leading-edge PFS lines combine robotic automation with vacuum stopper placement and recipe-based programming, ensuring patient-ready replenishable sterile solutions at pace and precision. Theon’s pre-filled syringes facilitate reduced dosing errors and improved safety for patients, while being designed for overall ease of use, accuracy and regulatory compliance worldwide. With limited human interaction and proven monitoring capabilities, we can exceed both scale and quality to provide contemporary healthcare delivery. Our ready-to-administer syringes fill 0.5 ml to 10 ml PFS with dosing pumps with a speed of 100 PFS/min (1 ml size).
