The idea was born in 2021 to create a world-class sterile injectable manufacturing facility that would not just meet but exceed global standards. From the outset, the vision was clear: to establish an advanced, compliant, and innovation-driven site capable of serving regulated markets worldwide.
In 2022, Theon Lifesciences was officially incorporated, marking the first concrete step towards turning the vision into reality. Construction commenced for a state-of-the-art 150,000 sq. ft. injection block on a sprawling 10.46-acre site, designed to house cutting-edge technology and future-ready infrastructure.
By May 2025, the facility successfully completed validation, confirming compliance with the most stringent international regulatory requirements. This milestone positioned Theon Lifesciences to compete confidently on the global stage, opening doors to regulated markets.
In June 2025, the facility passed its media fill test, a critical step ensuring sterility and process reliability. This achievement paved the way for the start of commercial production, ensuring quality and safety from day one.
